Carlton Hair’s advanced education is second to none. In total, Carlton employees spend in excess of 46,550 hours in class on an annual basis.
Carlton offers education through work training programs such as the Assistant Program and Apprenticeship. Assistants and Apprentices receive instruction in technical skills in all areas, communication, marketing, product knowledge and all the tools one requires to become a successful hairdresser in today’s market.
In addition to in-salon training, Carlton has two part-time and one full-time Academy. Classes at the Advanced Academy range from developing classic skills at the Six Week Finishing Course, which all our stylists attend before graduating to the stylist level, to Advanced Cut and Advanced Color Creatives courses.
